Before launching our campaign, how does AI compare our offer for buyers who need a specific integration?

01 / Study design

Define the integration requirement, buyer context, relevant competitors and AI interfaces. Compare discovery, filtering and shortlist questions.

02 / Fictional observation

A fictional assistant lists another provider for the integration. Our example brand is mentioned, but its capability is described as unclear.

03 / Evidence to inspect

Compare the answer with current integration documentation and cited pages. Check whether the pattern repeats under the agreed conditions.

04 / Interpretation

An information gap is a hypothesis to investigate. A single answer does not establish its cause or show that real buyers chose a competitor.

A possible decision

Ask product marketing to verify the public integration guidance before committing campaign budget. Agree a bounded follow-up test if useful.

Methodology demonstration only. All scenarios and observations are fictional. No live AI query is run here, and no client outcome is implied.

Read the evidence carefully

A finding is a starting point for judgment.

A missing recommendation can matter. It can also be appropriate for the buyer’s constraints. An inaccurate claim deserves checking. A source citation deserves reading.

The study connects the observation to your question, tests competing interpretations where feasible and identifies the decision the evidence can support. It does not pretend to reveal an AI model’s exact reasoning or every real buyer’s preference.
